O’zapft is! The time is upon us! ‘Tis the season of our Royal Event Festbier. This meticulously crafted golden lager is our version of the classic Bavarian party lager. A blend of floor-malted Feldblume and Pilsner malts create a solid foundation of biscuit, crusty sourdough, and a mild honey sweetness. Elevated in ABV but balanced by its drinkability – this golden lager remains crisp and effortless to enjoy. Hopped with German grown Perle and French Strisselspalt in the kettle before a low and slow fermentation, followed by extensive cold maturation. This radiant Festbier is limited in output so it’s here for a good time, not a long time. Don’t miss it!
