Floor-malted Admiral Maltings Pilsner is showcased and complemented by a restrained use of Yolo Gold wheat and Vienna malts. Our most nimble offering, this classically inspired Kolsch provides a crisp and undistracting malt expression and complementary hop influence. Oregon-bred and grown Lorien hops from Indie Hops push forth a fresh aromatic interpretation of the style’s potential.

Thoughtfully fermented with traditional German Kolsch yeast (on ze top not ze bottom) at cool temps under pressure. A method providing spectacular essence and the tiniest of bubbles. While on the subject, if foam is your kind of ‘thing’ (it’s kind of ours) we then transfer this precious good-time warrior over to our horizontal lagering vessels for extended maturation and natural carbonation. But what does it all mean!?
